" 5+ years of experience in Desktop Support or Field Services
" Knowledge on SCCM and Intune Server operations
" Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and desktop hardware
" Experience with printer troubleshooting and repair
" Familiarity with meeting room technology and video conferencing systems
" Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
" Effective communication and interpersonal skills
" Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
