Role: Desktop Support Engineer
Location: Woburn, MA (Day 1 onsite )
Duration:- 6+ Months (With possible extension)

ServiceNow, Windows OS, Network L3
Any Certifications, Required
Detailed JD:
- Must be self-motivated and a self-starter.
- Need at least 5+ Years of experience candidates and support L3 Level.
- ServiceNow experience required.
- At least 2 years of experience in an information technology role or related discipline
- At least 2 years of experience in a support or service role, actively interacting with customers on a regular basis
- At least 2 years of experience with maintenance and repair of computer hardware
- Microsoft Active Directory applications
- Business software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite
- IT Service Management ticketing tool such as ServiceNow, preferred
- Manufacturing environment, preferred.
Important Notes:
- Candidate needs to support 3 locations WOBURN, MA, Hudson, NH and Fairport, NY
- Woburn and Hudson are closed locations and customer will pay travel expense for Fairport. Travel to Fairport is expected 3 to 4 times a year.
