The Alexander Technology Group is working with a respected Managed Service provider near Leominster MA to find a Desktop Support Administrator to join their growing team. This is an opportunity to make a big impact! They are looking for a Desktop Support Administrator who will bring a positive attitude and passion for technology. The Desktop Support Engineer must have 2+ years of prior corporate IT experience, unfortunately no entry level candidates will be considered at this time.
Daily Responsibility include:
- Support end users in Windows 10, understand basic windows troubleshooting
- Windows desktop application support
- Using a ticketing system
- Active Directory and Microsoft 365 administration, basic understanding required
- Remote management tools
Technologies desired:
- Active Directory including password resets, group policy, permissions
- Office 365
- Windows Servers (2012, 2012R2 2016, 2019)
- VMware
- VPN setups and troubleshooting
- SCCM or other Imaging experience
- Any PowerShell scripting experience is highly desired
- Great customer service skills
