About the Job
Under general direction while focusing on customer service, perform Windows, Mac and Linux computer systems installation, configuration, administration, maintenance, trouble shooting, and end-user support for workstations, laptops, and virtual machines.Maintain computer systems in accordance with established information assurance policies and procedures.Assist in deployment and maintenance of engineering/scientific software applications on end-user computer systems.Assist with computer systems audits for compliance with established information assurance policies and configuration guidelines.Maintain computer hardware/software inventories.Document computer system configurations.Other related functions as assigned.
