Description:
One of TEKsystems' clients, a mid-sized manufacturing company based in Birmingham, AL is looking for a Helpdesk/Desktop Support technician. The candidate will be providing end user support for the internal employees. Daily responsibilities will include adding and deleting users in Active Directory and administering group policies, supporting MS Office/O365 and imaging with SCCM/Intune.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
This role will begin as onsite primarily, but once someone gets onboarded and acclimated, the role will move to more of a hybrid role. Currently, the location is at Ave V but will be moving to Lakeshore in 2025. This role could be contract-to-hire, but if after the interview they have no concerns, then this could go staright perm.
