Desktop Support Technician at TEKsystems

Description:

They will be taking escalations from the tier 1 helpdesk team. Outside of the escalations, they will be assisting with onboarding/offboarding. Using active directory.

They will be also working with other teams including the NOC & user administration team.

This person will be on site but could be asked to travel to their other office which is in Madison, WI. Majority of issues can be resolved remotely, but there will be a hardware support responsibility also.
