" Experience with desktop imaging technologies (MDT, LTI, ZTI)
" Microsoft Office/365, Microsoft Outlook, IBM Lotus Notes
" Client, Canon, and Toshiba printer support
Nice to haves: A+ Certification, Windows 10 Certification, Awareness of security of financial institutions, SCCM entry-level knowledge
