DevOps Engineer

* We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Systems Engineering Lead
to join our team.
* As the IT Systems Engineering Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing
the design, implementation, and maintenance of our organization's
CI/CD pipelines and ensuring adherence to company and regulatory policies
and standards.

* Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines,
ensuring seamless integration and deployment of software applications across
various environments.
* Develop and enforce S-SDLC best practices, ensuring compliance with
industry standards and regulatory requirements.
* Collaborate with development, operations, and security teams to identify
and implement automation opportunities, streamlining the software
development life cycle.
* Perform and support deployment and maintenance of applications and systems
as needed, including outside business hours.
* Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a
culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
* Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best
practices related to CI/CD and S-SDLC compliance, and recommend innovative
solutions to enhance our software development processes.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to define and track key performance indicators
(KPIs) related to CI/CD and S-SDLC compliance, and provide regular
reports on progress and achievements.
* Act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and support to
development teams on CI/CD and S-SDLC best practices, tools, and
methodologies.
* Collaborate with security teams to ensure the integration of security
controls and practices into the CI/CD pipelines, ensuring the delivery of
secure and reliable software applications.
What you need to have:
* Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information
Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
* Proven experience in designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines,
preferably using industry-standard tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions,
Azure DevOps, and/or Octopus.
* Strong understan ing of S-SDLC best practices, including secure coding
principles, vulnerability management, and threat modeling.
* In-depth knowledge of software development methodologies, such as Agile or
DevOps, and experience in driving their adoption within an organization.
* Proficiency in scripting and automation languages (e.g., PowerShell,
Python, Node.js)

* Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and
containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
