Role: Development - Full Stack Developer Sr

Role Description: As a Full Stack Developer Sr, you must have at least 9+ years of experience. A full stack developer is a web developer or engineer who works with both the front and back ends of a website or application meaning they can tackle projects that involve databases, APIs, build user-facing websites, or even work with clients during the planning phase of projects.

For this role, you must be a skilled Full Stack Developer who is proficient in Java, Node.js, React, and has experience working with AWS services. As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining both front-end and back-end components of our applications, as well as deploying and managing them on the AWS cloud platform.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

- Develop and maintain scalable, responsive applications using Java, Node.js, and React.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards.

- Integrate front-end components with back-end services and APIs.

- Deploy applications on AWS infrastructure using services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, etc.

- Monitor and optimize application performance, reliability, and scalability.

- Troubleshoot and debug issues reported by users or identified through testing.

- Stay up to date with the latest technologies, trends, and best practices in full-stack development and cloud computing.

“Must Have” Specific Knowledge and Skills:

- 9+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role.

- Strong proficiency in Java, Node.js, and React.

- Hands-On backend microservices & API development using Java Spring Boot, Node.js, REST, JSON, Docker, Kubernetes, NoSQL databases, MongoDB/PostgreSQL and Tomcat with full ownership of software architecture, design and development.

- Experience working with AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, etc.

- Knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.

- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.

- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Skills and Other Requirements:

- Certifications in AWS (e.g., AWS Certified Developer, AWS Certified Solutions Architect).

- Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.

- Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases.

- Experience with Agile development methodologies.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Information Technology or another related field or Equivalent
