In this pivotal role, you will spearhead project development, overseeing Site Development and Due Diligence Coordinators to drive project success from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visionary Leadership: Champion design excellence and client satisfaction by guiding projects from initial site selection and entitlement through construction and occupancy.
• Collaborative Partnerships: Foster strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, consultants, and construction teams to ensure seamless project execution and achieve key milestones.

Qualifications:

• Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of architectural design, site development, public approval processes, building codes, zoning regulations, and entitlement strategies.
• Project Management Prowess: Proven track record of successfully managing multiple large-scale, complex architectural projects concurrently.
• Design & Visualization Skills: Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, 3D Studio or Form-Z, Photoshop, PowerPoint, MS Word, and MS Excel to effectively communicate project vision and progress.
• Leadership & Influence: Exceptional leadership abilities, with the capacity to inspire and motivate multidisciplinary teams to achieve outstanding results.
• Detail-Oriented: Highly organized, meticulous, and capable of ensuring accuracy and timeliness in a fast-paced environment.
• Client-Centric: Passionate about understanding client needs and exceeding their expectations through exceptional service and innovative solutions.

Experience and Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, landscape architecture, civil engineering, planning, or a related field.
• 15-20 years of experience in architectural project management or development, demonstrating a history of successful project delivery.
• Licensure in architecture or a related field is a plus.
