Duties and Working Procedures
- Assemble, disassemble, bench, blast, maintain and make minor adjustments to dies before production runs.
- Transport dies with cranes as needed.
- Document and log information needed to track procedures where applicable.
- Proactively seek the elimination of waste and failures through the use of ABS/APS fundamentals.
- Participate on teams and on projects as needed to standardize and improve the manufacturing process to increase throughput, quality and safety.
- Organize, clean and standardize work areas, storage areas and associated processes.
