About the Job
- Monitor and manage communications between dealer service department management/technical services, and customers
- Keep customers informed about the status of each repair and the estimated time to the next repair milestone
- Determine if a repair situation warrants escalation to dealer
- Complete specific tasks or activities supporting implementation and administration
- Develop specialized skills through job-related training and on-the-job experience
- Work independently, performing assignments that require judgment and initiative
- Identify key issues, make recommendations for solutions, and spot new solutions
- Act as an informal team leader or resource, coaching and instructing colleagues with less experience

25 - 30 /hour
