Job Title: Lead Mechanic

Pay: $30.00-$35.00 Depending on Experience

Shift: Tuesday to Saturday, 6 AM to 3:30 PM

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a team of mechanics in daily operations.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical issues in vehicles and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance.
• Train and mentor junior mechanics.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; ASE certification preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in automotive repair.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficient in diagnostic tools and equipment.
