- Asset Oversight: Ensure the effective management and timely maintenance of company vehicles, trailers, equipment, and assets to ensure safe operations.
- Uptime Maximization: Supervise maintenance coordinators and technicians to execute scheduled repairs and services within designated timelines.
- Compliance Assurance: Maintain meticulous service records, DOT documentation, and adherence to EPA, OSHA, and company regulations.
- Process Optimization: Review work orders, address discrepancies, and streamline repair workflows to enhance efficiency.
- Resource Protection: Implement robust security protocols to safeguard maintenance assets, tools, inventory, and facilities.
- Emergency Response Facilitation: Determine emergency repairs, allocate technicians, or engage vendors promptly to resolve issues.
- Team Leadership: Fulfill supervisory duties including task delegation, performance assessment, coaching, and disciplinary actions.
- Continuous Improvement Drive: Analyze key performance indicators, pinpoint performance gaps, and devise action plans for process enhancement.

Requirements
Qualifications:
- Preferred Associate's or Bachelor's degree in management, transportation, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of supervisory or maintenance management experience.
- Minimum 8 years of fleet vehicle maintenance experience.
- Demonstrated proficiency in equipment coordination and service writing.
- Comprehensive knowledge of vehicle computer systems and maintenance processes.
- Proficiency in maintenance software, reporting tools, and MS Office.
- Outstanding leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Master Mechanic Experience

Bachelor's degree in Management, Transportation, or related field preferred 5+ years of operations, logistics, or terminal management experience with a reputable transportation provider Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams In-depth knowledge of DOT regulations, transportation operations, and safety protocols Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities Proficiency with transportation management systems and Microsoft Office suite Valid driver's license and ability to operate commercial vehicles
