Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Center Manager to lead our diesel shop operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in diesel engine repair and maintenance, coupled with exceptional leadership abilities and a customer-centric approach. As the Service Center Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the service center, including staff management, customer relations, workflow optimization, and ensuring operational efficiency.

Primary Job Responsibilities:
- Team Development & Management
- Hiring, training, and retaining skilled technicians
- Business Development and Customer Experience expertise
- Ensures customer's expectations are exceeded every day.
- Plans, organizes, manages, and directs the service team, establishing goals, and tracking and monitoring progress.
- Ensures a quality mindset fills the service center.
- Exemplifies the Wiers Core Values.
- Delivers financial results consistent with the service center's targets.
- Ensures the service center is compliant with Wiers Safety Standards
- 7am -5pm
- M-F possible Saturday of needed
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- 5 years' experience in a leadership role.
- Ability to ensure process compliance.
- Strong level of professionalism and integrity.
- Ability to plan and complete projects.

$80K - $85K - based on experience
plus monthly variable compensation.

Qualification Profile
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Driver's License (CDL Preferred)
- 5 years or more of prior relevant and successful leadership experience in a commercial vehicle repair facility
- Successful financial management or P&L management experience.
