Responsibilities:

• Assist with all dietary functions in accordance with policies and procedures, and to ensure quality food service is provided to all residents and staff
• Sets up trays and/or place settings according to care planned diets and individual meal tickets 
• Assists with meal set-up at meal time according to the diet card, considering food preferences and consistencies to meet each resident's individual dietary needs.
• Stocks cafe with supplies as directed by supervisor.
• Performs related tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent-required
• Prior industrial/commercial kitchen experience preferred
• Able to read, write and understand English
• Dependable, adaptable to change and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Work hours include alternate Saturdays and Sundays

Compensation:

• Rate will be commensurate with experience.
