Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Dietary Supervisor to lead our dietary team in delivering exceptional culinary services. In this role, you’ll ensure that all meals meet our high standards for quality and cleanliness, while also fostering a collaborative and efficient kitchen environment. Your leadership will play a key role in maintaining a smooth operation and elevating the dining experience for our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Director to ensure compliance with all Department of Health regulations during food preparation and service.
- Oversee menu planning and staff scheduling with attention to detail and efficiency.
- Lead and mentor the dining services team, enforcing policies, ensuring timely meal service, and maintaining excellence in food quality.
- Supervise Dietary Aides during meal preparation and clean-up, maintaining impeccable standards of cleanliness and order.
- Complete and maintain all necessary reports and documentation according to departmental policies.

- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a nursing home setting.
- A passion for providing high-quality service to our residents, treating their needs with care and compassion.
