Dietary Worker - Cornerstone of Rhinebeck

Cornerstone Treatment Facility Network is a respected leader and innovator in the chemical dependency treatment field for more than 25 years. We are seeking a Full Time Dietary Aide to work in the Dietary Department.

Schedule: Sunday-Thursday 10AM-6:30PM

General Responsibilities

1) Preparation of all food in sufficient quantities to cover all service requirements, timing preparation to meet service schedules, and food handling in accordance with sanitary standards. Uses standardized recipes and portion control to prevent food waste and to assure high quality of products served.

2) Serve patients and staff when assigned 

3)Responsible for the overall sanitation requirements of equipment and complete kitchen area including, but not limited to, sweeping & mopping
floors.

4) Receives deliveries and checks receipts against specifications and orders, as required.

5) Collect trash and dispose of it properly

 6) Perform other assignments as delegated or required.

Requirements:

1) Must be able to read and write in English

2) Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

3) Kitchen experience preferred
