Dietary aide - Professional Post Acute Center

**POSITION SUMMARY** The Dietary Aide plays a vital role in supporting all food functions while adhering to federal, state, and local standards. This position involves working under the direction of Dietary or other management to ensure quality service. The Dietary Aide will treat each resident with respect and compassion. **Responsibilities:**

Assist in meal preparation and serving

Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and dining areas

Follow dietary guidelines and resident preferences

Support inventory management and food storage

**Requirements:**

High school diploma or equivalent

Previous experience in food service preferred

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Ability to follow safety and sanitation protocols
