About the Job
Provide leadership and technical expertise within quality engineering organization
2. Define & incorporate best practices of the security testing and performance engineering
3. Develop automation roadmap across agile teams
4. Automation framework design and implementation
5. Analyze and improve the existing frameworks and recommend right tools and frameworks
6. Test automation and optimization solution aims at disrupting inefficient and old-world QA procedures by providing tools, solutions and frameworks that works across domains
7. Enable agile teams to perform continuous testing, work to measure and improve any inefficiency in CI/CD pipelines
8. Integrate performance & security with automation framework
9. Knowledge Management/Retention - Cross training & documentation
10. Help hire/build strong quality engineering teams
11. Mentoring and training quality engineers & leads
12. Building key test infrastructure that allows them to capture data, analyze it and provide guidance to their teams around perceived risks and a mitigation strategy
13. Provide inputs to define quality standards as well as enforcing technical and testing standards
