- The estimate above represents the candidate's typical compensation range at the time of hire. Several factors may be utilized to determine your hourly rate including but not limited to years of experience and specific skillsets compared to employees in this role. Candidates typically start at the lower half of the estimated range.
- This role is eligible to enroll in both Mondo's health insurance plan and retirement plan. Mondo defers to the applicable State or local law for paid sick leave eligibility.
Day to Day:
- Full training in automation to begin - need to be passionate about those tools involved (marketo)
- Responsible for creating engaging and effective interactive experiences on graduate program web pages and email campaign
- Uses Trello for project management and navigates managing day through platforms - without hand holding
- Working on multiple projects in fast-paced environment / set deadlines
- Handling engagement across the board - working within the tools for overall strategy execution
- Managing marketing email and event campaigns
- Looking at campaigns and thinking critically about work they're doing on web and email
- Marketo: deployment and oversight of email campaigns, marketing campaigns, campaign performance reporting, campaign process documentation, email and landing page templates, and A/B testing.
- Over site of graduate program web pages:
- optimizing web pages for conversion
- data analysis through Google Analytics
- A/B testing for continual improvement
- liaising with Web Manager and an external agency for template design, brand alignment, and functionality build-out
- A bachelor's degree - preferably in communications, marketing, journalism, or a related field
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a digital marketing role - we can do 1-2 years of experience
- Project management skills
- Strategy - thinking critically, not just plugging in campaigns - web and email
- marketing automation tool - there will be training but need the willingness to do this
- Experience working with campaigns
- Fluency in strategy-based marketing and communications and marketing automation software
- Marketing automation tool - ideally Marketo (they use this primarily)
- Basic knowledge of marketing reporting
- Good at building relationships remotely
- Presentation skills/confidence
