Responsibilities:About the role:
This role will be responsible for managing automation experiments and will own the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns. The goal is to deliver a unified, personal experience for our customers.
Qualifications:
What makes you a dream candidate?
- Advanced knowledge of Adobe Campaign v7/v8, Adobe Journey Optimizer or similar email/communication automation platform
- Passionate about the digital landscape with a desire for continuous learning and testing through experiments
- Deep understanding of multi-channel best practices and building multi-channel workflows
- Experienced with audience segmentation and targeting based on specific criteria and data points
- Have a vast understanding of data structure and management
- Enjoy developing reporting that closely tracks campaign results and identify learnings to support optimization
- Able to collaborate cross-functionally with Digital Designers, Marketing Strategists, Product Owners and Analysts
Experience and Education
- 3-5 years experience with Adobe Campaign automation workflow development, or similar platform required
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field preferred
