In partnership with our customer data and analytics teams, the Enterprise Marketing Services teams enable the LOB Marketing teams to deliver their objectives through our owned channels (Public site, Mobile App, etc.)The Digital Channel Strategist will be extremely savvy at analyzing digital channel strategies at a enterprise level that increase value generation through channels as a result of capabilities enhancement, optimization efforts to increase efficiency and efficacy of campaigns, and process improvements
A high level of consulting and advisory will be required to influence key stakeholders among senior-executive audiences.In this role, you will:Drive channel strategy and governance to maximize the impact of our marketing channels as enterprise assets Lead the implementation of a strategic vision of personalized marketing at scaleTranslate strategic vision into tangible strategic marketing programs, including generating recommendations for segmentation and messaging optimizations to increase personalizationStrive to continuously improve the customer journey and develop dynamic marketing across a range of products and services while evangelizing best practicesOperate enterprise-wide audience management, targeting, creative strategy, and personalization platformsEnhance, gain alignment on, and implement data-driven channel strategies including placement rules, arbitration logic, contact frequency, etc.Oversee cross-LOB campaign monitoring and prioritization through historical and scenario analysisAdvance channel effectiveness via the deployment of new capabilities for targeting, personalization, customer experience, and measurement/analyticsProvide planning, requirements, and expert consultation for new platforms, experiences, and methodologiesLead the adoption of new capabilities via pilots and roll outs with multi-disciplinary teamsMeasure impacts of new platforms and experiences on customer and business outcomes and identify areas of optimizationSupport change management initiatives to socialize and train marketers on new requirements and processes related to channels capabilities enhancementsProvide thought leadership to marketing and non-marketing stakeholdersEducate stakeholders on the customer and business value of the channels and socialize strategic plans Drive impact as an independent thought leader in defining, analyzing, and solving highly complex, interdependent problems, and will do so in a collaborative context with both internal upstream and downstream internal partners, as well as executive managementChampion one-to-one marketing, customer centricity, enterprise governance, and AI solutions as the underpinning of successful marketing across businesses and channelsBuild and implement new routines and procedures needed to drive business outcomes and achieve target operating model, resulting in incremental marketing financial contribution through growth in personalizationSuccessfully navigate a matrixed organization leading complex, cross-functional initiatives with a high degree of autonomyRequired Qualifications:7+ years of Marketing, Digital Marketing, Digital Platforms (i.e
