Digital Engagement Specialist
Omnia Healthcare Group is seeking a Digital Engagement Specialist to join their team! The Digital Engagement Specialist will oversee the company’s reputation and brand on digital platforms and promote services to existing and prospective customers through strategic use of graphics, logos, and other promotional products.
Digital Engagement Specialist Duties/Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Director of Communications on strategies to elevate online brand presence.
- Collaborate with marketing representatives to fully understand product and communication needs for reputation management.
- Gathers the materials necessary to understand the project and competition in the area such as literature or previous marketing campaigns; analyzes these materials to determine the most effective communications technique.
- Based on assessment, drafts and proposes campaigns which may include social and online media, print media, direct mail, and other multimedia.
- Generate regular website content, including creating blog posts.
- Creates and coordinates multimedia packages.
- Oversee Social Media accounts to ensure they reflect brand values.
- Manage and report on reputation of properties based on online reviews and other media.
- Evaluates success of campaigns when completed.
- Attends trade shows and community fairs and staffs the company booth as needed.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Digital EngagementSpecialist Qualifications and Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Digital Engagement Specialist Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Journalism, Advertising, Communications, or related field.
- Three to five years of related experience writing and editing projects; portfolio of relevant previous projects highly preferred.
