Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies that showcase the value and uniqueness of the product. 2. Generate qualified leads and loyal customers. 3. Ensure all marketing material is in line with brand identity. 4. Oversee and coordinate creation and distribution of marketing content such as: blogs, collateral, social media posts, email campaigns and online ads. 5. Track and analyze performance and ROI of marketing campaigns using data and analytical tools. 6. Build strategic relationships and partnerships with key industry players, agencies and vendors.

1. Showcasing the value and uniqueness of the industrial parts and services offered by the company. 1. Identifying qualified leads and loyal customers. 2. Tracking and analyzing the performance and ROI of marketing campaigns through data and analytical tools. 3. Thorough understanding and effective communication of complex technical products and services all Business Units provide.
Expected Performance Outcomes:
1. Increase brand awareness and reputation of Mott Corporation as a global leader in filtration and flow control solutions. 2. Generate qualified leads and loyal customers in the target markets such as life sciences, aerospace and clean energy. 3. Support sales and business development teams with effective marketing strategies, tools and materials. 4. Manage marketing budget and ensure all marketing material is in line with brand identity and company values. 5. Track and analyze the performance and ROI of the marketing campaigns using data and analytical tools.
Required Experience:
1. Minimum 5 years experience in marketing, preferably in B2B. 2. Excellent communication, presentation and project management skills. 3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 4. Highly creative with excellent copywriting skills and a keen eye for design. 5. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights. 6. Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders. 7. Up to date with the latest trends and technologies in the marketing field.
