You'll be the wizard behind the curtain, crafting and conjuring up digital marketing magic across our diverse portfolio. Job duties
- Mastermind and execute digital marketing strategies across all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, LinkedIn, you name it!) to showcase our restaurants, bars, and venues in their best light. Channel your inner paparazzi to gather on-site content for promotions, events, and everything fabulous happening at our venues.
- Whip up a tantalizing content calendar that keeps our followers hungry for more, with mouth-watering posts, loyalty program offers and sizzling email newsletters.
- Wave your wand and manage our social media accounts with finesse, from witty captions to handling customer interactions like a pro.
- Keep our websites fresh and fabulous with updated menus, events, and irresistible promotions.
- Collaborate with media partners and influencers to cast a wider net and spread the word about our awesome offerings.
- Reply to all Google reviews, ensuring every guest feels heard and valued. Keep our online presence as fresh by maintaining up-to-date information on Google also.
- Analyze enchanting analytics to track performance and conjure up strategies that drive engagement and boost our digital presence.
Skills and Qualifications
- A track record as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role, preferably in the hospitality/tourism industry
- Proficiency in social media management and platforms such as Hootsuite —and familiarity with CMS platforms like Wix and Toast.
- Video editing and design experience by using Canva, CapCut and other platforms.
- Skills in crafting compelling content that captivates audiences and keeps them coming back for more.
- Experience brewing up successful digital ad campaigns across various channels
- A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; bonus points for certifications like Google Ads.
