Job Description
Planet Interactive is seeking a Digital Project Manager to join an in-house agency for a well-known pharmaceutical company.
- Pay: $35-$40/hr depending on experience
- Location: Hybrid in Irvine, CA (Open to remote talent working PST hours - must be a US Citizen working in the US)
- Schedule “assessment” meetings to establish the framework of projects.
- Produce schedules, scopes of work and estimates for all interactive projects.
- Route these projects through the internal approval, editorial and med reg process.
- Act as the liaison between accounts/editorial and the resources in the interactive studio and manage the progress of interactive production.
- Provide digital technology consultation and establish project parameters.
- Push interactive jobs through the agency; act as the liaison between the technical and creative teams; provide day-to-day project direction.
- Lead all production-related meetings regarding interactive jobs based on account/brands assignments.
- Initiate and oversee the routing process; dynamically audit reviewers list based on process stage; understand the regulatory/ZINC process; prepare all jobs to go through ZINC.
- Coordinate interactive resources with studio/programming/creative leads.
- Min of 5 years' experience managing interactive/digital projects.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent business/industry/project experience within the interactive workspace.
- Marketing/advertising agency background preferred.
- Ability to identify risk and provide solutions to team.
- Experience with web development processes.
