Dir, Commission & Sales Analytics at Spectrum Charter

This Director position is responsible for partnering with sales leadership on compensation strategy, proof-of-concept modeling, design optimization, commission plan development and processes.In this role you will manage sales compensation plans and special incentives that drive intended sales behavior.  As well as managing sales performance analytics and commission expense KPIs.  You will also be responsible for oveerseeing the reporting, analytics, and forecasting of sales commission expenses for the supported business channels.Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.Work closely with executives and senior business leaders to develop compensation designs, execution and communications of all plans. Validate audit requirements and compliance with policies.Create and present modeling of what-if scenarios and impact of prospective changes to compensation plans. Proactively identify areas of opportunity and/or improvement based on trends in the data, and use these insights to inform new products and/or operational improvements.Direct high visibility projects to identify and resolve issues of strategic importance to the organization.Oversee data integration from multiple sources to produce forecasts, reports, ad hoc requests, dashboards, etc.Interpret data, analyze results, and provide insights to determine operational impact, trends, and opportunities.Develop reports and deliverables for upper management and communicate with all levels of stakeholders.Identify opportunities to use data to develop new strategies and improve business performance and utilize knowledge of mathematical modeling and other optimization methods to perform quantitative and qualitative data analysis.Act as the liaison across differrent functional groups including Corporte Compensation, HR, Sales Operations, Sales Leadership and Internal Audit.Lead and direct the work of 6 analysts for effective business support and responsiveness. Perform other duties as requested.Required Skills/Abilities and KnowledgeAbility to read, write, speak and understand EnglishDemonstrated knowledge of best practices in the sales process - from lead generation to sales trainingExcellent financial acumen and discipline around forecasting and business planningSuperior problem solving skills detail oriented and well-organizedAbility to analyze and interpret qualitative and quantitative dataEffective business planning and forecasting skillsComprehensive analytic, organizational, and problem solving skillsAbility to focus on overall strategyEffective team and relationship building skillsAbility to analyze data and develop and present data driven reportsAbility to document, prepare and present executive level presentationsComprehensive analytic, organizational, and problem solving skillsAbility to focus on overall strategyEffective team and relationship building skillsProven leadership and mentoring skillsAbility to document, prepare and present executive level presentationsExpert level knowledge of advanced ExcelRequired EducationBachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing or equivalent experience. Required Related Work Experience and Number of YearsManagement experience - 5+Sales compensation/sales operations experience 8+ Preferred EducationMaster’s degree#LI-MA BDA725 2024-41780 2024 Here, employees don’t just have jobs, they build careers
