JOB SUMMARY Responsible for improving the customer buying experience through the delivery of new web features and enhancements. Collaborate cross-functionally to identify, develop, and implement the eCommerce product road map. Oversee day-to-day operations of the Digital Product Management team. CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES - Develop and mentor a team of Product Owners to effectively evaluate, prioritize, develop, manage, implement and test new eCommerce initiatives to improve the customer experience. - Work closely with IS to plan and manage the release of new website features and enhancements. - Oversee day-to-day scrum activities to identify and create new features and enhancements. - Serve as a liaison and primary point of contact, or escalation, within the eCommerce organization for cross-functional partners. - Create and maintain the eCommerce product roadmap to meet the current and future needs of the customer and the business. - Foster cross-functional relationships with stakeholders throughout the organization to gain support for the eCommerce product roadmap. - Work with stakeholders to execute and drive adoption and utilization of new systems and products. - Solicit feedback from stakeholders to support continuous improvement efforts. - Management responsibilities include: - Typically, manages through multiple Managers. Provides leadership and management to one or more major departments of an operating unit or to a department that has system-wide accountability. - Strategic, tactical and operational planning (12 + months) for the function or department; - Direct budgetary responsibility for one or more departments, functions or major projects/programs; - Interpret and execute policies for departments/projects and develops; - Recommend and implement new policies or modifications to existing policies; - Hiring staff, recommending pay increases, performing performance reviews, training and development of staff, estimating personnelneeds, assigning work, meeting completion dates, interpreting and ensuring consistent application of organizational policies. Education - Bachelor's degree. Relevant Work Experience - At least 8 years of eCommerce experience managing technical projects or programs. - At least 4 years of experience directly managing people including hiring, developing, motivating, and directing people as they work. Additional - Experience with Agile development methodologies, developing business use cases, user stories and/or strategic planning. - Experience maintaining product ownership and providing support for features and enhancements, post-go-live. - Experience leveraging data and analytics to evaluate current performance and identify gaps in eCommerce product offerings. - Experience applying understanding of web technology fundamentals. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Marketing, or related field. - Experience implementing best practices related to eCommerce projects. - Experience applying understanding of web technology fundamentals. - Prior experience with user acceptance testing (UAT).Benefits - Medline is committed to offering competitive benefits and a variety of choices to best meet the needs of you and your family.
