Compensation: $140,000 - $160,000 base salary plus performance-based bonus

Position Overview
Our client, a fast-growing company in the Philadelphia Metro Area, is seeking a Manager of FP&A to lead the financial planning and analysis function. The Manager of FP&A will be responsible for overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling while providing critical insights to support executive decision-making. This role plays a vital part in aligning financial strategies with the company’s goals. The position requires the candidate to work on-site 4 days a week.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) function, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
- Develop and maintain advanced financial models to support strategic decision-making and performance analysis.
- Provide data-driven insights to senior leadership to help guide financial strategy and operational decision-making.
- Analyze financial performance, identify key trends, and offer actionable insights to improve profitability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between financial plans and operational objectives.
- Manage the capital allocation process, performing scenario analysis and assessing ROI on key investments.
- Lead monthly and quarterly financial reviews, presenting insights and recommendations to senior executives.
- Support M&A activities, including financial due diligence, modeling, and integration planning.
- Continuously improve FP&A processes to enhance forecasting accuracy and reporting efficiency.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Manager of FP&A or in a senior financial analyst role, ideally within a high-growth company.
- Expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and data analysis.
- Strong track record of delivering strategic financial insights to support executive decision-making.
- Experience with M&A activities and financial analysis is a plus.
- Advanced proficiency in financial systems and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
