About the Job
Responsibilities and duties.
- Research and identify new business opportunities: Markets, Segments, Trends and Partnerships
- Leveraging existing contacts to open doors and reach out to prospective clients by cold calling and similar techniques
- Develop and foster client relationships, turning them into paying customers
- Develop business development plan to meet short-medium term revenue targets
- Attend relevant industry symposiums and similar conferences and evangelize products at tradeshows and other symposiums
- Liaise with Marketing, R&D, PM and Management to ensure the desired product is developed and delivered to market on time
- Train and set-up a capable Direct sales organisation
- Develop and publish a sales plan, highlighting areas of focus, actions required and KPIs to track progress
Ideal candidate
- Medical aesthetic market experience, Suppliers of injectables, medical imaging, cosmetic studios / clinics etc
- Graduate candidate preferably with an MBA with a minimum 8-10 years professional experience in a direct sales function
- Existing network of potential clients preferred medical aesthetics sector
- Prior experience in the Medical Aesthetics or similar industry Technology Enabled Solutions imaging solutions
- Understanding of the USA Medical Aesthetics market
- In-depth understanding of Direct sales best practices: Annual plans, Forming Strategic Partnerships, Market & Customer analysis, Target Market & Customer identification, Definition and Selection of Marketing Channels, KPI definition and dashboarding
- Experience of setting up , training and scaling sales teams
