About the Job
We currently have openings for Direct Service Professionals (DSP).
A DSP is a professional who empowers & supports an individual with a disability by providing skill development, and social skills, & assisting with daily living activities (bathing, self-care, etc.). All homes are located in the Akron area.
- Weekdays 2 pm-10 pm (varies by home).
- Weekday mornings 6 am-9 am (varies by home).
- Weekend hours (all shifts).
We offer paid training, including First Aid & CPR. NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Valid driver's license with less than 6 points.
- Able to push & pull or lift up to 50 pounds.
- 18 years of age & older.
