We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Direct Support Professional (DSP) Team. In this pivotal role, promoting the independence and well-being of individuals with disabilities through person-centered care.

Qualifications

• DSP certification
• Driver's licenses
• Reliable transportation
• High school diploma or GED

Responsibilities

• Assisting individuals with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding
• Providing support and encouragement to help individuals develop and maintain skills
• Maintaining accurate and detailed records of individuals' progress, activities, and any incidents or observations
• Providing hands-on support or prompting to help individuals perform these tasks independently.
• DSPs may facilitate structured activities and learning opportunities tailored to individuals' interests and goals.
