Direct Support Professional: Severn, MD - 38hrs - Bay Community Support Services

Job Summary:
Bay-CSS is currently hiring a full-time Direct Support Professional for a residential position in Severn, MD. This position requires availability on Thursday from 11pm to 9am, Friday from 3pm to 11pm & 11pm to 9am (double shift), and Saturday from 11pm to 9am. The successful candidate will play a key role in providing support and care to individuals with disabilities during these overnight hours.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred
- Must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and car insurance
- Ability to lift at least 50lbs
- Ability to pass a background check
- Must attend all required trainings within specified timeframes
- Paid trainings provided
- $21/hr. with a $2 shift differential

Responsibilities:
- Assist individuals with disabilities during overnight hours, including meal preparation, personal hygiene, and medication administration
- Implement individualized support plans to meet the unique needs and goals of each individual
- Ensure a safe and supportive living environment that promotes independence and self-advocacy
- Maintain accurate documentation of individual progress, incidents, and concerns
- Collaborate with team members to deliver comprehensive care and support
