Our Adult Outpatient Department is currently seeking a dynamic leader for the position of Director, Adult Outpatient Services. This role manages the development, implementation, and delivery of Adult Outpatient programming to advance the organization's strategic goals which includes adult individual, family and group counseling, and adult case management services. Provides needed oversight, resources, and information for day-to-day operations of the programming.
More specifically, this position is responsible for:
- Participate in the development, monitoring, and management of the department's annual budget.
- Monitor staffing, coordinate schedules, and manage referrals/wait lists to most effectively meet the needs of the program.
- Develop, implement, and maintain program treatment models, policies, and procedures in accordance with relevant /accreditation/fidelity standards.
- Provide clinical and administrative supervision as well as training and consultation to staff.
- Develop strong, collaborative relationships with relevant community services and stakeholders.
- Promotes trauma informed integrated care model and ensures client satisfaction and the integrity of services provided.
- Demonstrate an understanding of team dynamics and staff development, including recruitment and retention, ability to achieve results through coaching and mentoring,
Position Requirements:
- Master's Degree in Social Work/Mental Health or related field required.
- Licensed in the State of Ohio with LPCC/ LISW. LPCC-S/ LISW-S preferred.
- Five (5) years of clinical experience required.
- Three (3) years of management experience preferred.
- Demonstrated experience training and performing employee evaluations highly desirable.
