Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing direct reports who lead Performance Management, Sustainability, Compliance, Workplace Operations and Client directed teams for Work Order Management, and the GSC (Call Center)
- Ensure client satisfaction by providing a seamless interface to client; demonstrate leadership, responsiveness, and creativity.
- Accomplish key performance indicators and service level agreements as identified by client and conduct regular Quality Assurance audits via the Compliance team.
- Through the Account Sourcing team and JLL Sourcing platform, develop RFPs including scope of services and assist in vendor negotiations for new and the maintenance of existing contracts to deliver select facility management contracts as directed by the client.
- Responsible for partnering with the National IFM (Integrated Facility Management) Director and National Engineering Director to document standard process for day-to-day execution of internal and external projects/business objectives and building tools to document consistent compliance to defined processes.
- Oversee the appropriate monthly/quarterly/annual reporting appropriate for the client and internal account team.
- Manage and oversee budgeting, process improvement, possibly technology and other functions enabling the department or business to meet objectives.
- Provide leadership to managers and professional staff
- Effectively lead staff by clearly communicating expectations, accountabilities and providing performance feedback for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Facilities Management with management/technical emphasis
- Minimum of 10 years facility management experience including knowledge of facilities, including building systems and vendor contract to support such systems.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, and other Microsoft Office Suite programs
- Proven track record of strong organizational and management skills
- Ability to multi-task and work both in a team and independently
- Excellent interpersonal and supervisory skills; strong emphasis on customer service
- Excellent business writing and verbal communications
- Strong analytical ability
