About the Job:
+ The Director of Case Management provides overall management and strategic leadership of the Resources Management Services Program throughout the facility and affiliated service lines.
+ Representing Resource & Case Management Services, the Director is responsible for facility-wide oversight of the compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards associated with Case Management Services, budgetary duties and fiscal performance of the Resource & Case Management Program, leadership of Resource Management Department team members, resource development and implementation, and measurement, reporting and audit of Case Management Services Performance Metrics.
+ Reporting to the Facility Chief Financial Officer, the Director of Case Management Services develops internal and external growth initiatives in coordination with the facility's strategic growth initiatives.
Requirements:
+ Five (5) years of progressive, clinical Resource/Case Management Services experience is required.
+ Associate's degree in nursing is required.
+ Bachelor's degree in nursing is strongly preferred.
+ Supervisory and/or management experience is strongly preferred.
+ Maintain current state clinical licensure and/or certifications relevant to position (e.g. RN state licensure).
