• Current Registered Nurse (RN), Physical Therapist, or Occupational Therapist license in good standing to practice in the state(s)  of service.
  
• Minimum of two years clinical home care clinical experience and three years management experience required.
• Must obtain and maintain current CPR or BLSCertification.
• Budgeting and managing financial performance preferred.
