You will be a senior leader on the team and serve as a mentor and subject manager expert to other team members
You will partner across the UHG Analytics Center of Excellence to lead complex projects and direct challenging work that will make meaningful contributions to business objectives.You’ll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely

Provide support, consultation, and partnership to provide data and insights to senior Optum Health leadership
Also, the point of contact for numerous VP People Team leaders supporting all Care Delivery Regions, Care Solutions, and Optum Health National/Shared services businessesLead and develop a team of consultants and analysts
Mentor, coach, develop, and direct the team to achieve high levels of performance.Interpret the results of data analyses and develop appropriate conclusions and recommendations to help guide people strategy and decision-makingCompile presentations to effectively synthesize and communicate results and implications of data findings and trendsDiscover and communicate meaningful patterns in data and provide context, insights, and analytics
Simplify complex data into actionable insightsSupport employee survey and listening strategyPriorities will include:Support the Optum Health team in the management of headcount
Engage in weekly discussions with Finance, Talent Acquisition, and People Business Partners to provide data and analysis in support of achieving appropriate staffing levels to realize cost management targets, while still attaining revenue and earnings targetsIdentify opportunities to remove complexity, increase organizational agility, and help leaders understand how effectively they are utilizing our workforceHelp optimize org structure to be more nimble, able to quickly respond to changing regulatory and market demands, while delivering high performancePartner with Optum Health Finance leaders to serve as a partner and subject matter expert on strategic workforce planning to optimize operational efficiencies in the Care Delivery OrganizationsYou’ll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in. Residents Only: The salary range for this role is $122,100 to $234,700 annually
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc
