This position will lead the development and execution of the company's executive development program. This role reports to the Senior Director of Learning and Development for CHG's Corporate Training team. This individual will play a strategic role in building and executing both experiential and formal training for CHG executives.
Responsibilities:
- Builds and leads a world-class executive education program that delivers continuous and compelling learning experiences tailored to an executive's career stage and business reality
- Programs should align with executive level competencies and ensure success by equipping and empowering them to innovate, navigate complexity and lead through change
- Helps understand and ensures the development and strength of a leadership bench across the organization
- Partners with external organizations to audit customizable solutions for CHG executive needs, ensures program maintains a high-touch level of service
- Builds and maintains network of external executive coaches, ensures coaches are well versed in CHG culture and executive needs
- Collaborates with internal stakeholders to build robust experiential learning opportunities for up-and-coming executive leaders
- In partnership with VP and Sr Director of L&D, build a robust program for executive up and comers that addresses individualized need development and experiential growth
- Design effective measurement tools for executive and high potential programs and coaching partnerships
- Coaches and consults with leaders on employee practices that maintain a positive employment relationship and promote a high level of employee engagement
- Builds and maintains strong partnerships with CHG leaders, key stakeholders, and executives while operating as a trusted advisor
- Integrates executive development with key HR practices including succession management, performance management, and rewards
Qualifications:
- Effective public speaking and information presentation skills
- Strong learning and development background with experience designing and executing leadership development programs
- Known for leading change and innovation to deliver ahead of need, but also adaptable to changing priorities when necessary
- Strength in managing multiple priorities, projects, and stakeholders simultaneously
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Able to balance stakeholder needs, adjust to changing demands and can complete strategy while balancing cost, productivity, and timeliness
- Proven ability to collaborate with leaders and instructional designers to develop effective Learning & Development content strategies
- Exceptional oral, written, composition and grammatical skills
- Able to lead through influence, executive presence and credibility
- Travel required
Education and Years of Experience:
- Must have history of developing and presenting executive leadership training programs
- A minimum of 5 years professional-level training experience in assessment, design, development, implementation, and evaluation of companywide leadership training programs
- 5+ years leadership experience in talent management, human resources, or leadership development
- History of developing a strategic training vision and successful implementation of the vision
Preferred:
- Experience with Workday
We believe in fair compensation for all of our people, which is why our pay structure takes into account the cost of labor across U.S. geographic markets. For this position, we offer a pay range of $114,300 -- $276,900 annually, with pay varying depending on work location and job-related factors such as knowledge, position level and experience. During the hiring process, your recruiter can provide more information about the specific salary range for the job location.
CHG Healthcare offers starting salaries for sales positions in the form of total target compensation (TTC = base + commission + bonus), which includes base pay, commission, and bonuses. Sales positions receive short-term incentives through commission plans and bonuses. On the other hand, non-sales positions have starting salaries that consist of a base salary and short-term incentives through various bonus plans, which are paid out monthly, quarterly, or annually.
