Allure Group  is looking for a Director of Maintenance to join the team at our Skilled Nursing Facility in Brooklyn, NY!

Director of Maintenance Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct the maintenance department of this facility
• Coordinate maintenance services and activities with other related departments
• Monitor the equipment and supply needs of the department
• Ensure that maintenance personnel follow established procedures, guidelines, and policies
• Assist in standardizing the methods in which work will be accomplished
• Assist in recruiting, selecting, and training competent department personnel
• Perform routine maintenance and repair work, such as painting, minor carpentry, repair work, changing light bulbs, and various other routine maintenance tasks
• Designate work assignments and duty schedules
• Remain on-call for facility emergencies

Director of Maintenance Requirements

• High school diploma or its equivalent
• 5+ years of experience in a supervisory capacity, in a maintenance or facility-related position
• Knowledge of various mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
• Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations
• COVID-19 Vaccination
