Director of Treasury, Order to Cash

Our client is an established Financial/Professional Services organization located in the Northern Suburbs of Chicago. They are seeking a Director of Treasury, Order to Cash to lead their Banking, Accounts Receivables, Billing, and Collections functions across the organization. This hands on role will report to the Corporate Controller and will have 4-5 direct reports as well as indirect teams supporting them. They are seeking someone that can refine the Order to Cash Process and Functions to achieve Operational Excellence.

Requirements for the Director of Treasury:

• BS in Accounting or Finance
• 10 years' experience in Treasury, Cash Management, Accounts Receivable
• Strong record of Process Improvement in Order to Cash
• Experience with Trust Account Banking
• Experience in Financial Services / Professional Services industry

Responsibilities of the Director of Treasury-

• Oversee complete Order to Cash Function from Invoicing to Collections, and Cash Management
• Oversee all banking relationships
• Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly financial reporting
• Oversees fund transfers and positive payments
• Manages Daily Cash Position

Estimated Annual Compensation $130,000 to $150,000 plus bonus
