The Opportunity...

We're seeking a Director of Product to lead the development, unification, and management of our proprietary platforms that power our customer acquisition capabilities. This role will be responsible for driving the strategy, vision, and execution of our platform initiatives. You will lead a team working cross-functionally with engineering, design, and marketing, to deliver innovative solutions that delight our users and drive business growth.

How You'll Contribute…

• Strategic Vision: Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for our platforms, aligning with the overall company goals and market trends.
• Product Leadership: Lead and inspire a high-performing product team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and data-driven decision-making.
• Product Development: Oversee the entire product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch and beyond, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products with a strong emphasis on documentation and organization.
• Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify opportunities, understand customer needs, and stay ahead of industry trends.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and other teams to ensure seamless product development and launch.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data analytics to measure product performance, identify areas for improvement, and inform future product decisions.
• Customer Focus: Prioritize customer needs and feedback, incorporating them into the product roadmap to deliver exceptional user experiences.

What We're Looking For…

• 8+ years of product management experience, with a focus on platforms, infrastructure, and system reliability, with at least 5+ years in a leadership role
• Proven track record of leading successful product development initiatives, preferably in a telephony platform context
• Deep understanding of product management methodologies and best practices
• Strong technical acumen and ability to work effectively with engineering teams
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to inspire and motivate teams
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
• Experience working with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals
• A passion for technology and a desire to build innovative products
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly in documentation
