As the Sr Director (or Director) of Product, you'll be at the forefront of shaping our data future; and help us to engrain data into all aspects of decision making and operations. Your role includes crafting and maintaining a unified data platform that not only meets current needs but anticipates future challenges. Lead the development of MarTech solutions on Snowflake, making marketing analytics a core driver for strategic decision-making, and architecting a universal semantic layer for easy data access.
Responsibilities:
Team Leadership:
- Build and lead a high-performing product team, fostering an environment of innovation and collaboration.
- Mentor and guide your team to success.
Architect the Future:
- Lead the design of a unified data platform that sets the standard for scalability, flexibility, and efficiency.
- Collaborate with diverse teams to ensure our data platform aligns seamlessly with CHG's strategic goals.
MarTech Vision:
- Develop MarTech solutions on Snowflake, making marketing analytics a driving force for decision-making.
- Collaborate closely with marketing teams, transforming their visions into scalable and impactful data solutions.
Semantic Layer:
- Create a universal semantic layer for a consistent data view across the organization.
- Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to ensure the semantic layer empowers teams to derive meaningful insights.
Performance Monitoring:
- Establish KPIs for our data platform, constantly monitor and optimize for peak performance.
Qualifications:
- Proven leadership in driving product management for data platforms.
- Deep expertise in Snowflake and dbt with a track record of successful implementations.
- Passion for bridging marketing technology with data platforms.
- History of building and leading cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of translating technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in a relevant field.

We believe in fair compensation for all of our people, which is why our pay structure takes into account the cost of labor across U.S. geographic markets. For this position, we offer a pay range of $160,600 -- $347,300 annually, with pay varying depending on work location and job-related factors such as knowledge, position level and experience. During the hiring process, your recruiter can provide more information about the specific salary range for the job location.
CHG Healthcare offers starting salaries for sales positions in the form of total target compensation (TTC = base + commission + bonus), which includes base pay, commission, and bonuses. Sales positions receive short-term incentives through commission plans and bonuses. On the other hand, non-sales positions have starting salaries that consist of a base salary and short-term incentives through various bonus plans, which are paid out monthly, quarterly, or annually
