Director/Supervisor up to 18-25+/hr plus benefits

Supervisors
As the leaders of the operations of each day, Shift Supervisors play a critical role in the success of the business and experience of our guests. This fast paced, fun, ever changing role is perfect for someone that has previous leadership experience or looking to grow into a leader within a great organization.
Shift Supervisors have the responsibility for:
- Leading the daily operations which include:
- Cash Management
- Opening or Closing the Restaurant
- Guest compliments/complaints
- Encouraging, Coaching, and Leading Team members working during your shift
- Fulfilling Catering orders and potentially deliveries
- Ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operations
- Identifying and relieving bottlenecks in operations

Director
As one of the highest-level leaders, the Directors must be able to take ownership and communicate the needs of the business in regards to their specific role. The Director will be expected to see the business from a high level, cast vision for their teams, and solve problems proactively. They will also be responsible for developing the next tier of leadership. They must be able to execute all roles of the shift leader as well as the following:
- Overseeing and owning their individual area of responsibility. Examples could include one of the following:
- Front of House (Front Counter, Dining Room)
- Back of House (Kitchen)
- Drive Thru
- Marketing
- Catering
- Finance
- HR/Administration
