Job Description
Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of AI + Automation to lead our AI and Automation initiatives across the company. In this role, you will work cross-functionally to scale and grow AI and Automation functions that support future business growth. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to be a key contributor, this is the job for you! As the Director of AI + Automation, you will develop AI and Automation strategies for the company, provide technical leadership and guidance to our AI/ML and Automation teams.
Typical Duties and Responsibilities:
+ Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute AI and automation strategies that align with broader business objectives, setting clear goals for the team.
+ Collaborative Leadership: Build and lead teams in GenAI, AI, MLEs, MLOps,RPA, and Cognitive RPA.
+ Hands-On Expertise : Act as a subject matter expert, architecting scalable solutions and driving data-driven decisions across the organization.
+ Platform Architecture: Design and implement a comprehensive GenAI, Data Science, ML, and Automation Platform, ensuring scale, governance, and observability.
+ Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with stakeholders and project managers to translate business goals into technical solutions.
+ Best Practices: Define and oversee AI/ML and Automation best practices and lifecycle, including model training, maintenance, and optimization.
+ Team Mentorship: Coach and mentor teams to build scalable AI, machine learning, and Automation solutions.
+ Model Deployment : Build and deploy end-to-end ML models, leveraging metrics to support predictions, recommendations, search, and growth strategies.
+ Roadmap Development: Develop and deliver ambitious roadmaps to accelerate AI and Automation adoption across business functions.
+ Culture of Learning: Foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation across different business functions.
