Director of Accounting and Finance

Responsibilities of the Director of Accounting & Finance:

• Cash-flow analysis and forecasting
• Assist the outside CPA firm with the corporate taxes
• Process improvement
• Budgeting & forecasting
• Review monthly, quarterly, half-year, and year-end financial reports
• Contribute fully to the development of company strategy across all areas of the business, challenging assumptions and decision-making as appropriate

Qualifications of the Director of Accounting and Finance:

• 10+ years of experience in management level position
• Bachelor's degree, MBA is a plus
• CPA is required
• Healthcare, pharma, hospital industry exp is highly preferred
