Responsibilities of the Director of Accounting & Finance:

• Cash-flow analysis and forecasting
• Assist the outside CPA firm with the corporate taxes
• Process improvement
• Budgeting & forecasting
• Review monthly, quarterly, half-year, and year-end financial reports
• Contribute fully to the development of company strategy across all areas of the business

Qualifications of the Director of Accounting & Finance:

• 10+ years of experience
• CPA is required
• Healthcare, pharma, or hospital industry experience
• Bachelor's Degree is required, Master's is preferred
