The Director of Admissions/Sales and Marketing will lead efforts to increase occupancy and enhance the facility’s community presence by developing and implementing strategic marketing and sales initiatives. This role involves managing the admissions process, building relationships with referral sources, and overseeing outreach programs to attract and retain residents.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, business, Healthcare Management, or related field
• 5+ years in sales and marketing within healthcare of senior living with leadership experience
