MarcoMKT is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented, client relationship manager and business development professional to join our team as our Direct of Client Services in the US market!
The person selected for this role must have a strong background in 3PL and B2B sales and marketing services. Along with the ability to successfully identify and capitalize on new business opportunities. Must also be able to showcase a proven track record of driving business growth through strategic partnerships, innovative sales strategies and results oriented revenue models.

Required Qualifications:
· Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in client services with 3PL and B2B sales/marketing services. Additional business development, sales or marketing experience is a plus.
· Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.
· MUST have previous experience in similar companies, within the industry.
Required Skills:
· Strong understanding of 3PL and B2B sales and marketing services.
· Proven track record in lead generation and prospecting new clients and business.
· Building and maintaining client relationships.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
· Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills.
· Self-motivated and results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
· Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
· Innovative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
· Bilingual: Intermediate in Spanish is not required but a huge plus
Key Responsibilities: ·
· Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify, qualify, and engage potential clients through various channels, including corporate networking, cold calling, networking events, and industry conferences.
· Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at prospective client organizations. Understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
· Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales campaigns and promotional materials.
· Proposal Development: Prepare and present compelling proposals (quotations), and presentations to prospective clients. Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet and exceed sales goals.
· Collaboration & Teamwork: Work closely with internal teams, including operations, marketing and business units to ensure seamless delivery of services and client satisfaction.
· Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, providing regular updates to senior management. Use data-driven insights to refine and improve sales strategies.
· Innovative Solutions: Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to provide innovative business models that address client needs and enhance service delivery.
Pay Rate: Negotiable
